HEXLAND (Party A) and the Investor (Party B), collectively known as the “Parties”, each desire to enter into a mutually beneficial business relationship. This collaboration agreement is intended to serve as a legally binding contract governing the terms of that relationship.
Purpose
The Parties wish to combine their resources to accomplish the following:
– Finding flooded islands in the neutral waters;
– building islands using recycled plastic.
Party A will own the physical and intellectual property resulting from this project. Party A is solely and exclusively responsible for obtaining permissions necessary to complete the objectives outlined herein.
Decisions
The Investor shall nominate HEXLAND to act on its behalf in all matters related to this collaboration agreement. The matters will include, but not be limited to any and all decisions in regards to service eligibility, service nature, and any and all financial matters related to the above listed objectives.
Funding
The Parties shall share any financial responsibilities related to this collaboration agreement pro rata with the amount and term of deposits. This includes providing financial resources to obtain additional personnel and equipment for the purpose of achieving the above listed objectives.
Profits and Proceeds
All profits, proceeds, and other returns related to this collaboration agreement shall be distributed in the following manner:
– By placing the unlimited term deposit, the Investor shall be granted additional interest. Any remaining profits or proceeds shall be distributed amongst the parties in accordance with the term and amount of deposit.
Insurance
The Parties agree to maintain insurance adequate to protect the assets from loss, theft, or damage.
Termination
The duration of the collaboration shall be equal to the terms of deposits placed by the Investor.
The Investor will hold the option to revoke this agreement upon withdrawal funds and closing all deposits.
The Investor will have the opportunity to begin a new agreement upon termination of the current agreement.
This agreement may be amended, as well as any new terms and conditions may be added to this agreement unilaterally by HEXLAND. Amendments shall come into force upon publication of the new version of the Agreement on the Website.
Risks
The Investors agree that investment activity is associated with risks and realizes that under certain circumstances profit may be less than stated on the electronic platform due to circumstances beyond the control of the HEXLAND.
The HEXLAND is not liable for any losses caused by sharing passwords or theft of personal data. The HEXLAND strongly recommends that you keep your data for authentication and access to your personal profile, mail and settings as reliable as possible.
Resolution of disputes
The parties shall take all measures to settle disputes that may arise from this agreement through negotiations.
If the parties do not agree, all disputes are referred for settlement to the arbitration court at the place of registration of the HEXLAND.
