• 2.2. LIABILITIES OF THE PARTICIPANT OF THE PROGRAM:

• 2.2.3. To keep in safety data for access to the account and not to transfer access to the account to the third for the person.

ACCRUAL OF PROFIT ON DEPOSITS

• 3.1. Charge of profit on rates is made according to the conditions specified for each investment plan.
• 3.2. The participant has the right to dispose of profit at discretion.
• 3.3. The participant is allowed to increase a deposit amount at any time at own will or by means of the autoreinvest.
• 3.4. The participant can’t close a deposit before the end of a deposit term.

SETTLEMENT

• 4.1. The participant can transfer a money to the account by any available method at any time.

PARTNER PROGRAM

• 5.1. Each partner receives a unique referral link, being registered on which the invited participant becomes attached to the account of the partner who invited him.

A money in the form of the main deposit, percentage charges on it, referral and bonus remunerations and also other means which could be on balance of the account at the time of factual determination of failure to carry out of Rules isn’t subject to compensation.
